Senior Program ManagerMass General BrighamElena Cavallo brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, multinational clinical trial oversight in clinical research collaborations with medical centers in 30+ countries, community health non-profit development, coaching and consulting with local and global clients at all levels of the organization and across disciplines.
In her current role as the Senior Program Manager with Mass General Brigham Transformation, Elena designs, leads, and supports large-scale initiatives to involve stakeholders across the healthcare system in the design of our future. Through internal consulting, problem-solving facilitation, and program management in partnerships with multidisciplinary staff from front-line through the C-suite, she helps activate the potential of the healthcare system by transforming how its people and resources organize, work, and connect. Elena Cavallo is also a leadership and transformation coach, specializing in helping individuals and teams in the healthcare industry attain personally meaningful results. She holds an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Brandeis University and a Master’s in Management from the Harvard Extension School, as well as Brown University / ACT method certifications in Team Coaching, Leadership and Performance Coaching, and Leadership Coaching for Healthcare Professionals. In addition, Elena enjoys learning about complementary medicine traditions and wisdom practices from different cultures, weaving these perspectives into her service. |
