Special Projects ManagerAdventHealthElaine has been with AdventHealth for over 19 years, currently serving as Special Projects Manager since March 2022, a role that she helped create, implement and continues to shape for further development and improvement. In this role, she manages several projects that support the office operations, as well as leadership and assistants across the organization.
Prior to this role, Elaine served as Assistant to the CEO of the organization for 7 years. Before joining the Corporate office in 2015, Elaine served as Executive Assistant to various senior leaders in the Central Florida Division of AdventHealth, including the Chief Strategy Officer, Region CEO, CFO, and CNO. Elaine’s professional journey started in Brazil, her home country, where she served as Administrative and Executive Assistant in renowned organizations such as Cargill and Arthur Andersen. Her calling for supporting Executive leadership was heard early in life while in 5th grade, sparked by a homework assignment. Her passion for languages and cultures brought her to the U.S. in efforts to quickly expand her fluency in English and Spanish, equipping her to better serve in the assistant role and beyond. |
