Diane's has held leadership positions in non-profit organizations with a mission to foster resilience, quality of life, and well-being across the age-span from cradle to grave. She has led a number of regional, state, and national efforts to transform practice to become more inclusive and humane.  She enjoys the mutual growth that comes from teaching and mentoring others.   Currently, she is a senior leader for an organization serving people with disabilities, older adults, and caregivers in western Massachusetts.
