Monadnock Community Hospital

My name is Cynthia (Cyndee) McGuire and I am the President and CEO of Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, New Hampshire.  We are a rural Critical Access Hospital and health network in Southern NH serving a community of 40,000 people.  I came up through the ranks in health care and was inspired and mentored by many throughout my career especially those in leadership positions.  I credit my success to the collaboration and support of my colleagues who helped to push me along.  As a leader in my hospital and community, I hope to make a difference for our patients and our staff each and every day.
