Cindy Bernier is the Vice President of Operations at Champlain Cable Company.  Cindy has operational responsibility for Champlain’s manufacturing facilities in Colchester, Vermont as well as El Paso, Texas; She oversees Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Planning/Scheduling. Having joined Champlain Cable in 2021, Cindy has 30+ years of manufacturing experience, including project, supply chain, and operational management. 

She has a BS degree in Management from The University of Phoenix and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing Technology from the Community College of Vermont.
