With over 30 years in the financial services industry, Cheryl helps organizations evolve as they embrace change to remain competitive and relevant.  As Chief Operating Officer at Northfield Savings Bank, she guides the Executive Team on strategic plan development, plan execution, and creating feedback systems through scorecards and dashboards. 

She offers her expertise to leaders and managers throughout the company of 190 employees, believing that each individual can positively influence and impact outcomes and success.  Cheryl also serves as the Bank liaison to the NSB Foundation.  She obtained a bachelor’s degree at Bryant University, earned her MBA at Norwich University, and completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
