Manager, Executive Relationship ManagementUKGI am a Smith College graduate with a major in Biology. I started my career in the Hematology Lab at Children's Hospital Boston then transitioned into implementing Hospital Software. I enjoyed the training aspect so much that I left and started my own business offering computer training courses to professionals. Over the years I continued with the computer training and added on Life Coaching. I worked my way back into the corporate world working with non-profits and eventually implementing Human Capital Management software for Kronos, now known as UKG.
Currently I manage a team of Executive Relationship Managers (ERMs). Here at UKG “Our Purpose is People!” My role is Key Advocate and Trusted Adviser, both for our customers and for my internal team. I am energized by helping my team achieve their full potential. In turn, this helps to optimize the customer experience, working to meet and exceed the organization’s expectations. I believe my first responsibility is to make my team successful. When the employee is nurtured, supported, and productive, the rest falls into place! |
