Chair, Intellectual property groupDowns Rachlin MartinCathleen (Cathy) Stadecker is an attorney at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) where she chairs the Intellectual Property Practice Group and maintains a busy practice counseling clients on trademark and copyright issues. Cathy received her JD from Columbia University School of Law in 2004, after which she clerked for a federal judge in the Southern District of New York before starting in private practice focusing on trademark law at a large law firm in San Francisco, California.
Cathy and her family moved from the Bay Area to Burlington, Vermont in 2010 and she has been with DRM since then. While not practicing law or spending time with her two girls and two dogs, she enjoys swimming, hiking, reading, and singing. Cathy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Symphony Orchestra and for the Burlington Baroque Festival, an organization she helped found this year. |
