I facilitate, support brand experiences and innovate interactions through life-centered and human-centered design, behavior change, service design and graphic design methods to improve our collective ecosystem.
Fully owning the process of commitment to clients and cross-disciplinary teams motivates me to be a better designer. Using my ability to see the big picture, to think and generate multiple pathways to reach desirable outcomes, cultivate creativity and applying logistics skills helps me flourish when the focus is on interpersonal interactions and team building. I value collaboration over competition and find fulfillment by helping others succeed. To me, it is an essential part of the design process and experience to involve others, recognize and reach their potential. I am trilingual and enjoy working with national and international clients from all backgrounds.
I also run Process-Process-Process, a collaborative freelance practice by making brand intentions come to life. Projects range in the industries of Art & Design, Business Development and Education. With 7+ years in brand strategy and brand experience, clients and I design strategies, ecosystems, frameworks, expressions, customer journeys, achieving success with end-users through brand expression, package design, omni-channel approaches, brand architecture, CX/UI/UX and Service Design methods. Working with clients, studios and companies in innovation, retail design, impact analysis, education, hospitality, publication design and finance are industries I make meaningful connections with end-users and businesses alike. Dedicating my time designing projects and making impact to connect with community goals, nurture client relationships and achieve pleasing & impactful outcomes with all companies I collaborate and work with is why I design.
