I'm a results focused, self-starter leader with 15 years’ experience in Strategic, Program & Portfolio Management within global fast-paced businesses with increasing levels of responsibility. I'm excited by solving complex business challenges with information & data to drive results & action plans across business operations by driving clarity, prioritization & performance management. When not working, I enjoy travel (with & without kids), exploring New England, reading and being an unofficial sideline soccer coach.

As Director of Business Operations in Verizon Connect, I lead a large team of 70+ Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and long-term Strategic Planning specialists supporting all functions to help shape the future of the company by operationalizing the strategy and driving the culture of performance management.

​We are overhauling Business Intelligence system infrastructure and daily reporting to maximize the effectiveness of data to support business decision-making. We are executing complex strategic and operational initiatives using market data, competitive intelligence, and internal data to drive medium and long-term strategic alignment across Connect's functions.
