Director of Development

SVHC

Caryn Packard received a bachelor’s degree in community health education and a master’s in health administration, both from The University of Scranton. The majority of her career was in healthcare patient financial operations and business development at NewYork-Presbyterian. As a project manager for NewYork-Presbyterian’s Business Development team, her role was to expand the strategic market share for NYP in Westchester County and the Bronx.

​She now serves as Director of Development for Southwestern Vermont Health Care's Foundation, which works with our philanthropic partners to advance high-quality health care in our regional communities. She lives in Manchester Center, Vermont, with her husband Ross and Australian Shepherd Ruby.
