Director of Planning and Development

SEVCA, Southeastern Vermont Community Action, Inc

Carolyn Sweet serves as Southeastern Vermont Community Action's Director of Planning and Development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in grant writing, program development, fundraising, and nonprofit/government'small business relationship building. Her work focuses on the intersection of economy, poverty, and equity and she has a passion for the added lens of environmental impact.

Carolyn is certified in Results Oriented Management and Accountability and has various certificates in the areas of arts, community, food, and economic development. Carolyn's passion areas include gardening for food, pollination, and birds, forest gardens, and classical organ performance.
