Quality Systems Manager

Brooke Fisher currently serves as the Quality Systems Manager at Justice Resource Institute Inc. Brooke earned a Bachelors’ and a Masters’ degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from New York University, a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Brooke started her career in higher education administration driven by a passion for providing students with a diversity of opportunities from which they could launch their careers. This drive to ensure people have access to opportunities prompted a transition to the non-profit sector. 

Currently she serves as a project manager and technical lead on a variety of organizational change initiatives focused on leveraging technology to improve business processes. Her role allows her the opportunity to critically examine existing systems and envision strategic improvements, particularly improvements that cross departments and integrate related processes.

​Her strength lies in her ability to collect and synthesis multiple perspectives and present these in a manner that supports decision-making. She is skilled in balancing strategic organizational goals with the daily challenges and concerns faced by staff. In her free time she enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling.
