MTSS Implementation Manager

Renaissance Learning

Brittany earned a dual degree in Special Education and K-12 General Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse before relocating to Vermont, where she dedicated eight years to Special Education Teaching while concurrently earning her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Brittany then transitioned to the role of Assistant Principal before advancing to an administrative position as the MTSS and Data Coordinator at Windsor Southeast Supervisory Union. In this role, she led significant changes, collaborating with teacher leaders district-wide to cultivate a cohesive MTSS and data culture.

​Brittany further extended her expertise through her consultancy, Essential Education Solutions, where she trained district leaders in meeting facilitation, creating teacher leaders, and developing action plans to ensure systematic change and improve student outcomes. Currently, Brittany is the MTSS Implementation Senior Manager at Renaissance Learning, where she continues to assist districts nationwide in enhancing their MTSS and data practices. Brittany is also a team mentor and project manager, fostering team capacity and a collaborative culture to improve processes and support revenue growth.
