Beth Vachon, M Ed., is an innovative change agent, and a strategic, data-driven thinker with the flexibility and drive to simultaneously execute multiple projects with integrity while in alignment with organizational objectives. Beth has 20+ years of experience as an  organizational leader and champion of positive, diverse,  inclusive work environments.

She has a history of procuring and managing large-scale federal grants, developing programs and teams of frontline leaders, while using data and assessment for continual process improvement. Beth is a trusted advisor known for building strong relationships and inspiring the application of emotional intelligence to navigate difficult situations, and facilitate conversations in order to achieve equitable outcomes for all. 

​Currently the Director of Development & Public Relations at Lakes Region Mental Health Center, in her free time Beth enjoys traveling (especially to visit her children and grandchildren), making and collecting art, and weekend thrifting expeditions.
