April is a proud Colorado native and alumna of the University of Denver, and spent a decade in the front of house at Denver restaurants as the city grew to be a recognized “foodie” destination. Her role grew to include managing events for a restaurant group, which ultimately led her to work for Tripleseat, the leading event management software company.
April currently lives in the Boston area and loves being outdoors, mostly to paddleboard or hike the closest thing to a 14-er she can find in New England. She loves to garden, learn new ways to cook tofu, and taste new wines!
