Anna currently serves as Head of Business Optimization at Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc. and is a Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and Trainer. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Our Lady of the Elms College and has a 30-year career that has spanned legal and financial industries. Prior to joining Window World, Anna spent close to 17 years at MassMutual Financial Group leading large scale change initiatives for IT and HR programs. Anna is bi-lingual, having immigrated to the United States as a young child and speaks Polish fluently.
