Andrea Raabe has over 20 years in the Technology industry, most of that with IBM where she currently serves as the executive in charge of IBM’s Enterprise Support, Digital Support Strategy and Experience. Over her career, Andrea has held positions in many facets of the organization including Services, Sales, Operations, Support, Product Management, Strategy, Transformation, and Client Experience.

​This breadth of knowledge has offered her a unique and holistic perspective across the business. Andrea greatly enjoys helping clients be successful, while also listening and understanding their needs to continually drive improvements based on their feedback. Her dedication in this space earned her IBM’s highest honor, the Best of IBM award. Andrea also has a passion for mentorship and fostering diversity and inclusion in every aspect of what she does.

Andrea grew up in the southern U.S., graduating from Georgia Tech before starting her first role with IBM in Atlanta. A few years later she transferred to New England and has loved it ever since. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband.
