I am honored to have been chosen to serve as an Advisor for the Women in Leadership Program. As a Region Manager for Dairy Farmers of America, my daily job requires me to work individually as well as with a team. My primary role is to serve as a liaison between dairy farmer owners and the cooperative.

​I also oversee a small staff and also conduct regular trainings for the Northeast Membership team. Throughout my career, my goal has been to be a voice and resource for women in the industry and promote change.  My role as a manager might look different to other industry professionals, but I hope this opportunity to network and learn will bring value to my company now and into the future.
