Every position I have held in my career has had a strong customer relations component, and I achieve the highest professional satisfaction by driving change and influencing others to create a culture of delivering excellence in client services.
Currently, I am Senior Director, Client Success and responsible Responsible for the largest client relationship at Advisor360°. I am engaged with all aspects and needs from Executive to Operational levels. I am deeply embedded within the client in order to be well versed in day-to-day operations, workflow and evolving needs relative to Advisor360°'s platform and surrounding services. I proactively and positively interact to resolve issues, conflicts, concerns and to facilitate effective communications between the client and Advisor360° team members. I act as the "voice of the customer" with disciplines across Advisor360° in a customer focused fashion. I collect feedback and either build or enhance a strategy aimed at assuring client success. I drive internal teams with a strong focus on my Client Success Team to assure activities and success are measured and monitored. |
