Amanda is a Senior People Operations professional with 18+ years of experience across 9 companies of varying size, industry and cultural methodology. She is highly motivated in a collaborative environment comprised of bright, committed, colleagues who take pride in the reputation and values of the organization they uphold.

Amanda is currently the Director, of People Operations at Great Expectations, a fully remote, series B computer software start-up where she is responsible for everything from recruiting and onboarding to talent development, company culture and performance management.

Amanda graduated from Colgate University where she majored in English and Education and played Division 1 lacrosse. While she spent the majority of her career in New York City and Boston, she currently lives in Quechee, Vermont and spends her time with her family and friends and works on her paddle, golf, and tennis skills.
