Director of Instructional Engineering

Gale Associates, Inc.

Allison O’Neill, P.E. is President at Gale Associates, Inc. and Director of Gale’s Structural Engineering Group. Gale is a consulting engineering firm specializing in building enclosure consulting and commissioning, structural engineering, athletic facilities planning and design, civil engineering, and airport engineering and planning. 

As an active member of Gale’s “Attract, Retain, Grow” Strategic Planning Group, she is continually working on training, mentoring, and developing Gale’s team. Ouside of her work at Gale, she can usually be found at the rink with her husband and three daughters. 

​She enjoys coaching her daughters’ hockey teams and watching her other daughter’s figure skating.  She also loves trail running with her dog.  Allison and her family also enjoy taking walks together in their neighborhood and traveling on family vacations.
