Munters Corporation

Despite graduating with a MEng in Chemical Engineering, from Imperial College, London, Alison has spent most of her career in Project Management.  Early career PM roles included the fabrication of nuclear pressure vessels for submarines, water treatment plant design and installation and for the past 20 years working at  Munters Corporation, an industrial manufacturer of air treatment equipment.  Alison has found herself in the minority as a female Project Manager in these industries.  As such, she is passionate about supporting women in industry and helping create an inclusive culture within her company.
