Currently serving as a Customer Retention Manager for Gardener’s Supply Company, Alie focuses on the relationship with the customer and cultivating brand loyalty. Always looking for a new challenge, Alie has worked in a variety of industries including real estate, hospitality, ecommerce, technology, and communications.

She excels in cultivating long-term relationships and has played a pivotal role in increasing sales volume, lead conversion, and brand loyalty for the organizations she has worked for. Alie holds a B.S. in Broadcasting and Digital Media from Champlain College. When she’s not in the garden, Alie can be found enjoying a good science fiction movie with her husband or chasing their toddler around the yard.
