Founder & President

Performance Excellence Mentor, LLC

After 25 years in leadership roles for healthcare organizations, Laura founded Performance Excellence Mentor - an organization that transforms leaders and organization by building infrastructure to change how work is done and how leaders lead.

​With a systems approach, as well as a cultural and emotional intelligence focus, she works with organizations and communities to evolve performance, resilience and social responsibility. Laura is the Board Chair for Partners in Performance Excellence, the regional Baldrige Program for New England and New York and the Conference Council

Chair for the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Laura has an EMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Women in Governance Certification from UCLA, is a Certified Coach for The BluePrint Toolset, completed Master of Science work for Fisheries Mgmt from the U of Idaho, and has a BA in Biology from the University of Puget Sound.
